I know a lot of people will see this and go "scam", but I am here to tell you otherwise ;)
I must admit, I was a bit unsure at first, but I though "what the heck, I'll try it". So I have. I signed up about a week ago and earnt my first prize in 1 day. I chose an amazon gift voucher because you don't need to give them your address/phone etc. Sure enough, I got it the next day and it worked =).
I will also give you a few tips.
1. Never use your real email for the surveys (they seriously spam it)
2. You can use a program called "Roboform" to fill out details for you at 1 click
3. You don't have to use legit info on the surveys (most of mine where done with fake info and worked)
4. Try and complete the mobile/cell offers first as they give the highest point payouts
