EA Sports has yet another sparkler to lure the adrenaline
charged gamers. The Canada based developer has released its latest offering for
the X360 and PS3 platform – NHL 12. The game was released between 8th
to 13th September within the various continents, all of whom
welcomed it generously.
Putting aside the improved realistic graphics, NHL 12 also
boasts of more interactive players (including the goalies), good employment of
the laws of physics and the long awaited ‘Be a Pro’ mode. The vigorous players
also have the all new ability to fight with each other, enhancing the rogue
gaming experience. EA has also been wild enough to introduce the NHL Winter
Classic feature wherein the gamers can play the winter game at the Pittsburgh’s
Heinz Field.
What more – the indigenous developers have cracked their
skulls over the game math, ensuring that every game has its statistics
calculated thoroughly, giving due respect to the overall skill set of the
players (i.e. the gamers). EA, for the very first time, has also added fully
functional NHL celebrities Ray Bourque, Patrick Roy, Wayne Gretzky and many
more. Gamers can choose between seven reputed leagues including the NHL,
American Hockey League (AHL), Czech, Deutsche and more.
The game has been welcomed with a big smile worldwide.
Metacritic secured an 87% rating, PlayStation Universe gave it a 9.0/10, while
many others have similar feedback to offer.
