Tibet, pure paradise, what has you given us?

Website Review by: Wolflambw

A place full of wonders and myth, Tibet is remote but pure in most Chinese people’s mind. It provokes thinking profoundly
by means of its unique scenery, kind-hearted people and even its poverty, because although some places in Tibet are still poverty-stricken, people there keep their generosity and hospitality. “If you leave Tibet unhappily, I will always be guilty.” said a local youth after helping a sightseer when the latter was in great difficulty. A great number of visitors to Tibet have changed their mind-sets, looking at life and people around and worldly affairs in a U-turn way.
Tibet has gorgeous places for sightseeing, harsh natural and living conditions, and exotic customs. It also has very backward education and life style, less and less wild life, and abundant but not fully exploited resources. Every person visiting Tibet become sentimental there, and a lot of them shed tears aroused by the complex thoughts there as well. Unconsciously, Tibet, where people worship mountains and lakes, has become a symbol for many people.
Travelers will often be gentle and compassionate after getting along with innocent locals in Tibet. Visitors, moved by the eagerness and helplessness in the eyes of poor children, would in turn think about doing something to help them. Society is rational, yet more importantly, it should also advocate love. Traveling is not simply taking a trip, but also means how to be a real human being.
