It always interests me why Governments decide to go to war on English
Qualifications.
Surely if the first language is Turkish and/or German/French the qualifications are the same as the culture .... i.e. Turkish, German, French ... and not English.
The qualifications are a basic need and beyond that comes
work ... hard work .. I heard the news today that there are complaints from the Medical Profession about a lot of
foreign doctors with foreign qualifications coming into the UK and taking their jobs and that the British Government should give the job first and foremost to the British home grown doctor with English qualifications. Its all about the back to basics arguments ... or have you seen the old man at University completing his Ph.D because ... he is now 88 and wants to go back to work .......... there must be room for everyones

view, I guess and my point of view as well. For me the qualifications row has petered out but its not a problem to deal with it and teach more qualifications ... for a fee ......... will keep you posted .. keep on blogging.
