Fasten your seat belts we are about to take off on a non stop jet to America and dont move until I tell you and by the way .. no going to the "loo" either learn control the hard way .... that was true three years ago on the non stop jet from London Heathrow Airport to San Francisco Ca Airport USA ....... and enjoy the flight .... I did!
But since that point in time when I touched down on American soil for a weekend in America .. the great American writer Norman Mailer has passed away.
