Though most content websites run Google Adsense, there is little transparency. Google does not disclose the revenue
share and Adsense accounts can be disabled in an arbitary manner. Google Adsense employees run a lucrative side
business, and can get a disabled Adsense amount enabled on payment of a fee. They do not directly collect the fee, they have a large number of affiliates working for them who collect this fee. This seems to be an
unadvertised perk of being a Google Adsense employee.
