All KnownGenocide acts and operations that took place in accordance withhistorical facts and figures depending on documentary

victims. Allknown genocide crimes had been treated and dealt with in regard topunishing whoever (including the regimes) committed such savage andhorrible actions and by compensating the victims. Tsarist Russia at the time, announced victory in the NorthCaucasus which resulted in total genocide of small and tiny nations ofthe North Caucasus who resisted in turn the Russian
colonial andimperial ambitions, and lead to death, crimes, refuge of inhabitants todiaspora, ethnic cleansing, total destruction which lead to totaloccupation and importing different people from different nationalitiesand origins to replace the original nations that had to leavemotherland or to live as intruders with new colonial society at homeregardless of all the imperial and colonial pressure against theoriginal left population. Also there were North Caucasian nations thatwere completely slaughtered and their motherlands\' names were changedsuch as the Hatugwai and the Shapsough Nations! Thoseinhuman acts were also carried out in more criminal and savage manorsby the Soviet tyrants, when they fought a war against the NorthCaucasian Federation State and penetrated the region that wasrecognized by the Moscow Communist government at the time in the early20th century, then performed the atrocities against the nations of theNorth Caucasus and followed by their predecessors, which appear on whatis going on in Abkhazia, Adygea, Chechnya, Dagestan, Ingushtia,Kabardina-Balkaria, Karashay-Cherkisk and Osetia. Genocideagainst Circassians and all the rest of North Caucasian nations shouldbe recognized by the civilized world and compensation with apologiesare due, and should be presented for the terrorized victims who arestill living in motherland and those who had to leave home and live indiaspora that goes as wide and as far as more than 50 countries of theworld. PresidentYeltsin, the head of the present Russian Federation had signed in the1990\'s a shy admittance and acceptance of atrocities and hardship thatthe people faced and went through, but that formality stopped there anddid not go any further for apology, compensation, rights, andcorrective actions that the present Russian State is obliged to do inaccordance with the International law, to do what is requiredespecially because that particular government is still assuming theoccupation and ruling of the North Caucasus.
