Women Lets Take Control of our Lives
Stop taking
what everybody dishes out to you. You must love eating crap, because every time someone says anything to you, you get upset. What for! Why do we allow things to keep us from that one place that we absolutely need, crave for, (Peace). Do you know why we need that in our lives? Give yourself a reason to get to know you first. Imagine this, going in and out of relationships that only end in destruction. Like domestic violence, mental and physical abuse, trust issues, control, and this is the best one, Sex. You know girls, letting that piece of man that you can’t live without, get away with taking a little bit more of you day to day. Girls take a break. Not just when you go to work and they say BREAK. No not that kind. A Girl Break. You have got to take time out for YOU. Go somewhere in your mind and let go, if you can’t get away from all the drama at the time of your melt down. Pretend you have just been abducted, and the only way to get back is to take a GIRL BREAK. Rest your mind ladies. Go Blank and just let go for as long as you need to catch a breath. I have a place called my Girls house (my bathroom). My Girls house is a small closet with a window, that I can open and just look out. I get a glass of wine or whatever I feel like drinking. I turn on some music and I go on vacation. I go on cruises on my Girl Break, and I don’t even have to come back until I get good and ready. I can tell you about some wonderful places I have been over and over again. On my break I can do what ever I want to do and I can enjoy just being me. Nobody can bother you there, because it is safe and stress free. Ladies I know sometime our men get in the way of our happiness, however you need to go back to when you was hired for your first job, remember how happy you was, or when you learned how to drive a car or even your first kiss. All that happiness, you should still be experiencing each and every day. Happiness and Peace is one of the keys to good health. Girls remember when you were little, and you day dreamed about your life. I know that I always said I was going to be rich when I grew up. I would go in my mom’s bathroom and pretend that it was my house and I never wanted to leave this place. Everybody need to have sometime for themselves. Girls lets enjoy our life, so we can live long and prosperous. You know God didn’t make a mistake when he created you. So enjoy your life, you only have one. Why not take mini vacation by yourself or with a trusted friend. The one you can tell everything to and it would go to there grave with them. A friend who love’s you for you, and doesn’t judge you. Girls get rid of all those haters. They don’t support you living life to the fullest. Don’t be scared to not pick up the phone when someone calls you that your not in the mood to be dragged through there drama right along with yours. Take a Girl Break from all those people. They will only cause you not to live life to the fullest. Have fun, and don’t let your man tell you he’s leaving you because you have a mind of your own. Girls use it. God gave it to you so flaunt it. Ladies when we find a man, and you learn how to except the things that you can’t change and only deal with what is pure love from that person, you will know that you have found the one. If you said yes to any of those questions, then you need to take a look at yourself. Don’t blame anything on the other person whom you are having issues with. It’s about you. Women lets take control of our life. Put the blame where it belong. We always do the same thing over and over again. We get with these men that didn’t have a good example growing up. They probably had a abusive step parent whom was abused. I truly believe that abuse is a learned behavior. You can stop being abused and abusing others. Remember when you were a little girl, and you liked all the princess stories, like snow white and the seven dwarfs, or Cinderella. I wanted to find my prince, and live happily ever after. Well those are fantasies. Just when you thought that you had found that special person, he turns out to be the devil.
