Well it's not often that you can get something for free, what about a free website for you to show the world your online presence?
This wonderful site has a huge gathering of personal
users and small business users who either have little or no capital for web design.
Through the use of some clever programming, the site asks users to
create a user name and password before they are let loose on their own website design. The site is easily used by computer illiterates, such as myself as well as Gurus who are just feeling lazy.
At first I was very sceptical that you could get your own online presence for nothing, until I looked a little deeper, apart from some advertising space reserved on your page by the
freewebs people, the site asks for no money, a rarity today.
To create your own web site, you are asked some basic questions and given a form to fill in, this form populates the fields on your chosen template. Within a few minutes you are creating some pretty swish-
looking webpages. If you think this may be difficult, it isn't. Even though my 11-year-old daughter showed me how to do it! With a little more practice, users can add content to their site at the push of a button, it is simple.
Here is what I did for my wife's
Floral art business,

Not bad hey? Well why not give it a try?
After a few hours I felt so confident that it was easy, that I started telling everyone I knew about it. A friend changes her site on an almost weekly basis due to the regular introduction of newly-created templates designed by the freewebs.com crew.
Looking for something for nothing? go to http://www.freewebs.com and give this site a go.
