(iv) QUALITY REPORT – It would explain the source and the origin of the reports, the credential of the reports are given or also if they are controversial or not. (v) FULL RESOURCES DETAILS – This includes the result by Metadata record listing. The patient can see the related metadata easily. I think this may help your work if you can apply the concept to your company portal. If not, at least you can apply the idea to your other work areas.
