9. Supply a positive environment for the advertisers. Webs sites that display Google ads should be respectable and worthy of advertisement.
10. Be available. Google requests all the program participates and respond to any of Google possible future request.
Despite those Google warnings, there are a lot of sites that fall into these pits and holes. Google screening fortitude is great manually and automatically. The attempts to break down this wall manage to succeed every now and then, but in general - as a fact, Google knows how to balance back to defend it self from the discovered mistakes.
