Google launches “
Google Squared”
The name Google is synonymous with the internet search, and Google
search engine commands
the highest market share all over the world. In spite of this, Google is launched its new
search engine ‘
Google Squared’.
This search engine is not similar to the one in popular use; it provides information from a spreadsheet like grid called squared, which has been derived from a query. The user can modify and refine his square through advance web searches. Unlike web pages that appear on traditional Google Search, it brings about facts from across the internet, revealed by the Google during the preview of the product last month.
In its blog post, Google disclosed that Google Squared is useful for multiple searches according to the need of the user. It searches the web to find out the facts one needs, then extract those, and display in a meaningful way. When the square is not perfect initially, the user need not worry, as it is easy to work with Google Squared to derive better answer.
The California based company, however, cautioned that the user should not expect it to be perfect because it is in the experimental stage.
