     In addition to letting you receive satellite channels, DVB cards allow you to download tons
of different files offline. All you need is one of those offline download programs.
I guess the best one out there is Skynet. You can find and download it everywhere. You 've got Skystar-2.com, Skystar.org, etc.
In order to chose what kind of files to download and from which sites, you'll have to make some modification on the two files regex.txt ( or in some Skynets, regex.bin) and rules.txt.
That allows  you also to adjust the size of those files you want downloaded. 
The satellite you direct your dish towards is called Eutelsat W3, it's 7° W.
