Evernote. is a software which stores any web page or part of it with a click.you have to download their software and it in the pc, it synchronizes the stored data and keeps a copy in the cloud so that you can view the same anyware including in a mobile.you can have a number of folders depending on you requirement, like a folder for your sons education details,your daughters job hunting,for your wife"s recipes etc...there are paid versions as well as free versions..it is pretty useful when you have to collect large data from web and keep it.. google chrome is providing an extension which once installed sits on the browser and clips any page you desire.evernote works fine mainly with win 7. with win xp and chrome extension you can store the data in the cloud
how i was using it...During my daughters marriage i used to get a number of enquiries thru matrimonial sites. the relevant pages were clipped and stored after consultation with family members while at home in evernote... i accessed this stored data from cloud from hotel room during free time
at my work place. my daughter who was at another place is asked to get the details from cloud .. she gets all the stored data including the photos of the boy... we take a decision sitting in three different places... thanks to evernote....
