Chelsea are favourites to win the league this season too.Manchester United and Arsenal ,however would like to make things difficult for Chelsea.
Let me make myself clear,I am a Liverpool and Arsenal fan.So,what makes me think that Chelsea are going to be winners?
Chelsea are a better team ,both on paper and on the field.They have got ,arguably, the best defence,the best midfield,the best strikers,the best substitute players and the best manager in the premiership.Add to this the spending capacity of their owner,and they look unbeatable.
The capacity to win away matches gives them the edge over their closest rivals.
Manchester United are a relatively young team ,and at the moment they are trying to regroup themselves.They have the capacity to beat any team in the world and have had a memorable start to their season.Sir Alex Fergusson believes his young boys,guided by the mercurial striker Wayne Rooney,will win him the premiership.
Arsenal have always played a very beautiful free flowing football under the guidance of their inspirational manager,Arsene Wenger.Theirry Henry is a true genius and can get you goals in numbers.They have not had the best of starts this season,but still are breathing fire.
Liverpool has somehow performed below their standard .They happen to be one of the best teams in Europe and under Benitez they mean business.Their captain ,Stven Gerrard,feels they are still in the premiership race,and nobody would underestimate his capabilities.
