Shiney shines in Bollywood again!
Acting has no restriction like government jobs, where a criminal record in the police station is considered seriously. Whatever is the criminal act, even on conviction, one can come back with a shining halo as is going to happen to Shiney Ahuja. The most important factor to be in the film again is the vast illiterate market, the people of which have no other means of entertainment than Hindi films. Hence, the exploitation of that audience is on by the directors, who understand their pulse.
The actor was arrested on charges of forceful rape of his maidservant, who herself lodged the complaint to the police. After spending few months in jail, he is out on bail with imposed conditions on him. He is barred to stay in Mumbai for the uninfluenced investigation as per the judge’s order. After his release from the jail, the actor is living in Delhi, where the director of his earlier films Sudhir Mishra met him and is going to cast him in his forthcoming film Hitmar. The earlier films of Sudhir Mishra are Hazaron Khwahishen Aisi and Khoya Khoya Chand with Shiney as the lead actor. For this film, both of them had discussed before his arrest in the rape allegation. What would finally happen in the case of rape is a matter to be seen in future.
