than a regular blog. You can post and exchange content, pictures, or post video
links.
Tumblr is a good social networking site for users who are
interested in posting less content and this is one of the major differences
between Tumblr and other social networking sites where you can post more
content like Facebook.
Although I think there is a definite use for Tumblr and that
there are some users who would prefer it over other social networking sites I
myself prefer a social networking site where you can post more content.
This may not be the same preference of other users who may like Tumblr microblog posts.
If I were to choose between Tumblr or Facebook I would
definitely choose Facebook as it allows me to social network with friends and
family. I like that in Facebook I have my own page and that on that same page I
can see the posts my friends and family. In this page I have the ability to
write long posts, upload as many pictures as I want and even to share links and
video. In my opinion Facebook is far superior to Tumblr but this may not be everyone’s
preference as other users may prefer Tumblr social networking capabilities over
those of Facebook and other social network sites.
