I love Groupon. I am absolutely a fan!
I started subscribing to Groupon about a year ago.
My first purchase was a movie ticket in AMC cinema which cost only a dollar.
I was sceptical but I managed to use it and has became a fan since.
Then I started to buy more things through Groupon.
It has discounts on so many products, from health products to outings, everything!
I went for whale watching trips through Groupon discounts and also bought many vouchers which actually allows me to shop in places like BodyShop for a 50% discount.
It makes shopping so much fun!
The referral program was easy to use. Just refer a friend and you will be awarded with Groupon credits for when your friend makes a first purchase in Groupon. It's that easy!
And the Groupon credits never expire!
The customer service was excellent too. I bought a Groupon for a meal in a sushi restaurant. The service was awful.
I reported through the Groupon website and got an email respond the next day.
The Groupon that I purchased was refunded and I am absolutely pleased with the quick service and response from Groupon team.
Well done, Groupon!
