Recently, I decided to try out Netflix after hearing about it everywhere. Lucky for me, the 1st month is basically a trial so, It was a pretty good deal in my eyes, $10 every month for unlimited streaming. I spend a pretty good amount of my time online and I enjoy movies so, this was a plus. After signing up and linking my Xbox to Netflix, I began my movie streaming frenzy. Now this is where I got a tad disappointed, a majority of the movies are old! I ignored the fact that these were old movies and immediately went to watch my favorite series of movies: Transformers
. I am currently 2 weeks into my trial and I am starting to not consider getting Netflix next month. Pros:
- 1st month is free
- Unlimited Internet streaming for $10 a month or $7.99 a month for unlimited DVDs
- Tons of movies/shows
- Compatible on Apple products, Androids, Xbox, Wii, PS3, Windows phone, Nook, and several more products.
- Not many new movies/Tons of old movies
- TOO many movies
- Newest movies you have to rent($7.99 a month, unlimited); from Redbox you can get a new movie for about a $1.20
I'm leaning towards not returning to Netflix, as they don't have many new releases I can just stream from my computer. Might return to Redbox, if Netflix starts uploading new releases, I might just have to come back.
