cooperation in various aspects since the 1 st ASEM. This time, he makes emphasis specially on security aspect, forecasting that the 3 rd ASEM would certainly pay due attention to that matter. Firstly, the author divides the concept of security into two categories
traditional and non traditional and holds that Eurasia is now in a security environment full of contradictions and struggles. The author reminds that the non traditional security aspect is something brand new for most people and for that reason is an aspect worth noting. Then, in the second part of the article the author recommends the 3 rd ASEM to enhance political security dialogue which was a relatively weak side in the 2 nd ASEM. In order to reach this goal, the participant of the meeting should search for some basic principles such as mutual respect and beneficial cooperation, the cool treatment of differences, etc.
