Money wash is wonderful for drug- traffickers

These offenses are not so evident and one must be cared about them. 
Mexico (The news of the Monterrey City). – That is a phenomenon of economic and social character, and political, since its origin is determined by a series of illicit situations that are managed in the disorder and social and economic decomposition, their actions are unfolded within financial area, since exists circulating money, goods and even rights.
    It is an offense since affects the legal safety of the moral and physical persons that of some form handle and use resources, rights and goods that they have not been declared fiscally, since of making run it the risk of facing problems of money wash, that will bring as consequence the loss of their patrimony and their freedom.
   These offenses already have time in the history as in the international banking and the organized crime, however collected relevancy as of the globalization of the financial markets, of the increase to the international traffic to the drug trafficking, to the tries to targets, and to the development to children and these phenomena received the impact from the technology.
   In the current situation in Mexico, we can say it, that in 1989 began to discuss on the typecasting of the offense and was included in the Tax Code of the Federation, and in the year 1996 in the Federal Penal Code (CPF), considering it of trade, and in some instances quarrel on the part of the Secretariat of Estate and Public Credit (SHCP).
   Between the conduct that are sanctioned are: acquires, it alienate, it administer, it guard, it change, it deposit, it give in guarantee, invest, transportation or transfer; as well as, those that the precept in study distinguishes as purpose that understands also to conceal or intend to conceal, to hide or to prevent to know.
   The common people considers it an offense detached from their life but currently is used to combat the  managing in any form of the resources, rights and goods that they have not been declared fiscally, therefore not alone practice it drug- traffickers, smuggling, abductors and criminal of white neck.
