Define sovereignty
     A sovereignty is the supreme power inherent in a state by which that state
is governed (Moore, digest international law, 1-18)
     Sovereignty is the public authority which direct what is to be done by each member associated in relation to the end of the association. it is the supreme power by which any citizen is governed and is the person or body of persons in the state to whom there is politically no superior (black law dictionary,1292 5th ed.)
    sovereignty is the supreme power of the state to command and enforce obedience, the power to which by legally speaking, all interest are practically subject and all will subordinated ( Garnet, 328)
    Sovereignty is the union and exercise of all human powers; it is the power to do everything in a state without accountability to make laws, to execute and apply them, to impose and collect taxes, and levy contributions, to make war or peace, to form treaties of alliance or commerce with foreign nations and the like (stron , constitution 207)
     In its external aspect, sovereignty consists in the independence of one political societys. as such, it requires the recognition by other states in order to render it perfect and complete.
     Sovereignty reside in the people and all government authority emanate from them (phil.constitution)
