26 there was a masive shootout and the police arrested to kids in a station that night it is not fair that two crimanls who arent evan liable witness''''s. to tell them a story and they beleive and arrest people for it wich is not fair cause anyone can get cought with a gun in the station and make up a story to save themselfs so the police do a six month investagation and arrest people with no evidence but a convicts statement who got caught with a gun that day obviously he will try to save himself with a story and in the system dont they need more than a crimnals statement to convict someone on such serious charges or proof that the person is not lieing which trial still isn''''t done i was charge with conspiracy to traffic firearms and got feed up and streesed out sleeping in a cell at night for a year untill i realized that i should plea and get out cause i no im innoccent but im not trying to sit there untill my co accused go to trial and then i get to go to trial that is what the lawyer told me i have to do so i got raided on june 13 2006 went to plea ending of may 2007 cause i could not stay in knowing im innocent when i went to plea guilty i found out the judge did not want to plea me guilty cause off of the synopsis which is a papper that every judge looks at to see some facts off the case and when he seen my synopsis he said this is not a charge the facts do not fit the charges can u beleive that i did a year to get stressed out and find out they didn''''t evan have enough evidence to arrest me the system didn''''t work for me cause i did not get that time back or justice and i was told that 30 odd million was for judes and crowns and ect ect to take care off this case this is not fair since the judge was not one off them then he cant drop my charges so they pleed me guilty anyways cause i did not want to do another day so i have to live with that on my record and i dont no nothing about boxingday or was even down there i was working that day this case is racist if u ask me i dont get justice or nothing for there mistakes and all i get is a bad record get put in the pappers and one year in jail where is my justice i hope all those other kids in jail with no evedince on them get out soon couse this case is not right
