It seems it is the same old song time after time. It does not matter which language is spoken or what country the elections
are being held in it it is more of the same. Each candidate accuses the other of being too inept and out of touch with the people to be a true leader.Name calling and dirty smear tactics have replaced the days of what the issues really were and how to deal with them.
There is now and never will be a method of keeping politicians and their camaign handlers from stooping to the lowest level possible all too often.Yes victory is important but at what price. What happened to displaying respect for your opponent?
During the presidential primaries in the United States primary races each side has at least eight persons vying for the chance to run. They made comments and accusations about the others running. Then when ll was said and done they merged behind the winner. They urged those voting for them to come behind the last man standing.
Were they really sincere in the beginning or the end? Once again it must be mentioned this is not just privy to the American political system. Thusly what are we supposed to do then?
Sadly there is nothing which can be done until enough people say enough is enough! Nothing will chage until the voters force it to happen. Spending hundreds of millions to land a job paying a small percentage of what it cost to get it is ludicrious.
Perhaps enough of the politicians in this world will wake up to the monster they created and wonder how to tame it. Maybe they should ask the voters. We have known all along.
