The law is the set of rules governing social interaction and allow

conflicts.
This is classified as Public Law and Private Law:
The Public Law: It regulates the relationship between state power and the imperium of the individuals who are part of society. This comprises:
Constitutional Law: regulates the organization of the government with its three branches, Executive, Legislative and Judicial powers and between these and see if the individuals. Its primary source is the National Constitution.
Administrative Law: regulates the functioning of public services.
Financial Law: governs all financial activities of the State such as the budget, expenses, resources.
Criminal Law: states which are behaviors that must be implemented to punish those individuals who are causing crime.
Procedural Law: regulates the operation of the trial or proceedings before the courts.

The Private Law: A set of rules governing relations between private persons (individuals), and if it does interfere with the state as a community or individual and not as power. This comprises:
Civil Law (also known as common law): governs all the activities and flows of human beings throughout their lives.
Commercial Law: a set of rules that governs the commercial and industrial activity.
Labor Law: regulates everything related to work performed in a dependent relationship. This law is divided into individual and collective labor law.
Agrarian Law and Rural: regulates agricultural and livestock activities.
Law of Mines and Energy: regulates everything related to the exploitation and extraction of minerals and energy sources.
Navigation Law: regulates matters relating to transport by water and air, both individuals and things.
Private International Law: provides rules for resolving conflicts of law, when a case presents foreign elements.
