1} Miss Garth pursued her claim after involving Michael Lewins expert solicitors to assist her; an employment tribunal was not required. Our client was a nurse in a private hospital.She had worked as a nurse for over 13 years and had spent 11 years with her current employer.

Miss Garthneeded to take time off work after she was diagnosed with having a prolapsed disc in her back. When our client returned to work she was the victim of bullying and critical behavior from her managers.
