Case no.: 2

Constructive dismissal gets Mrs Matterdace compensation, after Michael Lewin’s lawyers fought to get her justice.

Mrs Matterdace had worked within the same company for many years. She was experiencing bullying behaviour from her manager and she was not sure what she had done to deserve this behavior.

She was continually derided in meetings and her ideas were ignored. The final straw was an email, which she was copied into in error, where her line manager was discussing the possibility of ways to get rid of her, without costing the company financially. They discussed raising her targets and potentially giving her verbal warnings for small breaches of protocol.

Mrs Matterdace resigned the next day because she felt the bond of trust between employee and employer had broken irretrievably. I have been the victim of a constructive dismissal and make a constructive dismissal compensation claim ?
