seting forth way and procedures to make
living safe and comfortable but according to the prevailing conditions in man societies all the rules and
social laws seem to be a
discomfort factor on the part of mankind. L et''s take the example of an African dictator who would have established a power zone within his area of reach and for his people he would have promised restful future and thus seting some rules and laws in order to prevent social problems but soon later on it was found that the maker of the laws
has been comming in against the laws for his own interests and that the next day he has separated the heads of many innocent people from thier bodies just because he feard losing in his private gains .What do you think ?I think this is so in every sopcial law struture!
