The election in 2004 had been passed by the public of Indonesian. The role of the politics constitution of election was possible
to make the person who did not well in qualification entry to the
parliament building as a representative or manifestation of peoples in all country in Indonesia.
In province of West Kalimantan also practiced the same role at the time. Many persons of parliament members (DPRD) do not know what they have to do as a manifestation of public in this administrative area after the election is done.
Becoming the representative person is regarded as jobs and how to collect money a long of five years next from 2004 - 2009.
Now, is being happened in West Kalimantan where the parliament persons will go to Australia for working destination and comparating study to see how far the farming in Australia can expand it self with the modern technology.
This
condition is not possible to do, because the condition in West Kalimantan wants the parliament members with the governor has to stay in this province, and not for traveling to some countries.
The money for comparating study is to expensive, so that it gets protest from public in West Kalimantan when they reads the news paper about the plan.
The cost is expensive to make so many destination to over seas. It will be good if the money is used for increasing the local peoples capacity in hinterland, e.q. for villages library or training for knowledge of computer without payment. This is better then to make destinaton to over seas with the people conditon in poverty right now.
