Impossible that Anderson left India sans PM, HM nod: BJP
Gopinath Munde’s contention on the permission given to Anderson to leave India seems to correct from the fact that no members of the congress party has the guts to accuse any member of the Nehru-Gandhi family. However senior a member of the congress party is or whatever post he is holding is insignificant in front of any family member of the N-G family. Arjun Singh is at the fag end of his political career, yet he knows very well the implication to utter the name of Rajiv Gandhi, the then Prime Minister of India.
There must be the involvement of the Prime Minister and the External Affair Minister in the decision of let the main accused of Bhopal Gas tragedy Anderson departs from the country. Congress is a party without any democracy whatsoever; whatever is there on the paper is just to maintain the rules of the election commission. The supreme dictator is the one from the N-G family holding the party President post.
The wretched condition of the people affected by the Gas tragedy is still continuing, and our leaders, without hesitation, allowed the main culprit go away with VIP treatment by the then union government. The truth is difficult to come out at this moment, the apprehension expressed by Munde when asked about it by the journalists. BJP and other opposition parties should stick to their protest to know the fact on Anderson’s departure. Anderson is reportedly leaving a lavish life somewhere near New York with secured protection from the US government and his former company.
The Indian Congress has the habit of appease America and its people that we have seen in many instances. Therefore, it is not at all surprising to us about royal treatment of Anderson after the Bhopal Gas tragedy by the congress leaders.
Government today denied having any involvement of the Home Ministry, which is contradictory to Arjun Singh’s statement in the parliament yesterday. Somewhere some communication detail must the there in the files, and the present government should disclose the same for the people to know facts.
Neither the then Home Minister Narsimha Rao nor the then Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi is alive today, hence no possibility for any accountability from them. In spite of that the congress party would not disclose the fact of wrong decision because of fear to attract bad name.
