It seems Sen. Schumer has no idea about the Constitution designed to govern him, and limit his factions power. First off, you can not over turn a states right to create and uphold it's own laws. However it seems the Tyrants have no shame in spitting on the fore fathers graves in their unending attempt to ignore the so called 'law of the land', and make up their own rules as they go along. If Arizona wishes to have it's own immigration laws, what is it to them? The immigrants can just come in some other state that turns it's heads the other way. That's the benefit of the 'old republic' this nation was built upon. If you didn't like the laws of one state, then move to another. But it seems the Tyrants do not like state sovereignty, trying to some how take away the rights of the states to fill their bottomless bellies with all the power, like Schumer. What does a New York Senator have to do with Arizona anyway? Is he sentimental for the immigrants, and is he afraid of profiling, or police harassment of citizens with brown skin? I doubt that. That is just an excuse. A ploy of words for their continuous efforts to over step their limits. Perhaps New York is so perfect that he has nothing else to do but find others states to chisel away at with his arsenal of Congressional bull. Senator Schumer, you need to know your role and shut your mouth. Arizona is fully capable of taking care of itself, and can do what ever it wants under the Constitution merits it. If it wants to make a law that men have to wear dresses and woman can only wear pants, then it has every right to do so, and if the people there do not like it, then they can leave, or they can elect in an official that will over turn the state law and make it to were both men and women can choose to wear either one. But it seems that the Federal branch of government, with it's hydra heads and invasive tentacles will not stop until every right is taken away, then like Hamen's noose, will be hung by their own contempt for power.
I find it strange that immigration has any merit what so ever. This entire country is filled with immigrants from Europe. Europeans come in to this continent from ships and took it over. If anyone has the right to determine who stays and who leaves, then the Native Americans have the first say. They were here first, and we the Europeans immigrated here after them. Senator Schumer, or European decent Schumer needs to step down and so does every Congress member, and the seats need to be given to the Native people that inhabited this continent hundreds of years before Europeans even stepped foot here. However, it seems first come first serve doesn't apply, as they shoved the Natives onto small plots of land called reservations, and gave them Casinos to make them happy, but it seems this is going out of the context of this article, but it is the truth any way.
So why does Schumer care about "demeaning law enforcement" by the Arizona's laws on immigration? Why does he say that these laws will case the law enforcement to abuse their authority? Well Schumer, I don't know where you have been, but law enforcement has been abusing their authority forever now. Especially now. The Police is militarized. They can shoot someone with complete immunity to the law. They can search your car by just stating they have probable cause. Six to ten of them can tackle a man down brutally, just for brushing against them accidentally, or if they say you are resisting them. They have the power of death in their hands, and can enforce it without consequence, but so does the U.S. Military in the fight against terrorism. So Schumer, your questions implied about law enforcement over stepping their bounds are idiocracy, because you are doing the same things.
Phoenix stated that since it has implemented these laws, it has experienced it's lowest crime rate in thirty years. So is that why Senator Schumer is against the laws? Perhaps it will cause unemployment rates in the law enforcement, do to lower crime. Senator Schumer stated, "I believe it is simply too damaging to our economy and too dangerous to our democracy to have 50 states doing 50 different things with regard to immigration policy." Well in regards to their Democracy, it would, but to the Republic, in which it stands, it's every states right to have it's own laws, and why in the world would it damage this nations economy is illegal immigrants went allowed to work here, and send american currency back to their country. Instead american currency would stay here, in american pockets, boosting the american economy, and tax money would be collected, which would benefit Schumer, because american jobs would be given to american citizens, not illegals that would not pay any taxes at all. So Senator Schumer's argument is unfounded garbage. So Senator Schumer, you need to go back to elementary school, and relearn the Constitutional laws of the United States and then you need to obey them, because they were written to govern you, and your Congressional faction buddies in your place.
