I Agree With John McCain

I sometimes hope that the conflict we are rising into over in Iraq will soon disappear. There is so much to be accomplished, yet. Like recognizing the personal privilege''s of the faiths in others. I am certain their beliefs have a lot of wisdom to offer the world, and most, generally, the "free" world. But, it just may not happen. Maybe we all need to succumb to the antiquated messages from past world leaders, and religious figures, and the Prophets of old - that the "end" truly is upon us. I must agree with John McCain, and this is in no way to disgrace another belief, that America is first and foremost a Judeo Christian Country and Society. In the aftermath of 9/11 and what is witnessed before hand, an "American" does not go around accusing others to be white devils, or brown devils, or yellow devils, then in the name of God commit a suicide mission to kill off all the devils, killing innocent people and themselves, not to mention the destruction that comes with such an act. This is just not what''s "real" in life and/or what "freedom" is about. Grant it that our society has had its'' troubles trying to establish this country in the beginning, but whatever those differences may be, it has always been and continues to be America''s best interest to establish a way of life that offers the righteous privilege to all who dwell in America the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of "goodness", so that there could be peace to anyone for the privilege to worship their God as they understand Him to be. When Jesus walked the earth he did mention to those who arrested him; "if my Kingdom were of this world my followers would fight for it..." (this is a paraphrase) So, in order to establish this Kingdom that resides within our hearts, we do fight for the Kingdom...so that it may be established on the earth as it "might" be in Heaven...but of course we are still only human and we can only do the best we can with the understanding and enlightenment we are given. However, if you are a true historian, you would agree that the last 2000 years have not only evolved into a very prosperous world because of the belief in Jesus Christ, but that more good in the world has also been accomplished as well. We are not over in Iraq to fight against Omnipotence, we are over there because, 1st we were panicked against terrorism. Undesirable to us, we get caught up in a war that has been fueled to society way before we come a board...but, we see the complications of their problems, and like a brother in need we lend our hand.
America is always there to give the hand in need to fight for the cause of "freedom" to those who are oppressed from the lack of it. That''s our legacy. That''s our dream. And this is our guiding hope. That every country in this entire world would share the same quality of dignity as we have here in America, as that of having the privilege to be a "free agent" of his or hers own good will. Freedom attracts freedom, just as love attracts love. And America is proud to fight for your rights to have the privilege that God bestows on each and every soul. We may not be perfect in going about it, we''re only human yet...but we are right for trying to give it to the world, just as we have been able to receive it. In America you''re allowed to be a Muslim, Buddhist, and in our country it even allows those who believe in being a Satanist to be a Satanist...But, if those privileges infringe upon violating the rights of others, against those who cannot defend themselves, then yes we do step in to protect the innocent. Because, you''re not American either, if you violate the rights of others. Go kill your self, if this is your belief, but it''s not God of any kind to takejust because, and ironically God is Life, as Life is God. I hope I''m wrong, but we just might be at that end our antiquated writings have written about. So I stand with John McCain. Yes, we are 1st and foremost a Judeo Christian Society. I''ve never stood for anything else, but this stand I will. But, remember, your kinsfolk came here also for this stand...not a stand for Christianity, not a stand for Muslim, not a stand for Buddhism or Satanism...but, as recalled what is written in history: "They came here for several centuries for the same reasons – freedom and hope" -- "Give us your poor, your tired, your huddled masses longing to be free..." I propose, even to those who commit an act of such atrocity, such as is within a suicide mission, yours is even a hope of "freedom". Guosh; wouldn’t it be easier to stand amongst that great cloud of witnesses who also long for freedom?
