we get arbitration,reconciliation,mediation,settlement,etc through different sources.all are parallel means towards the common
end-a final stop to the conflicts or disputes.
justice is not a phenominon like a lightning falling through the heavy clouds hanging from the finger tip of the unseen omnipresnce.nor is it like rock on sea or a strip of hay floating in a current.
where does an average man go seeking justice?
these are days where injustice speak stronger and sharper than justice,act as justice,shout in the voice of justice nay look exactly like justice.
for the down trodden,for the weak,for the victim  the only solace is the legal/judicial system.no doubt.
but when does it become accessible?at what cost?at what pace?
we know the answers are not to our liking.
it is here we are prone to think of alternate dispute resolution mechanism.
consistent.creative,cost efficient  ,faster,balanced solution to the conflict is the outcome of a settlement.
conflicts arise when one dishonour the right of other,forgetting the duties.
harsh words or poor reasoning may pour oil to that fire.
ego clothes the persons ,blinding them of the apparant.
only with communication good,negotiation better,and resolution best we can reach a finality to the matter.for that first we must break the ice.
it is said words are like a soothing cool dew dropping on to the mind.it is through this one must enter the mind of the other.
replace coercion with persuation and convictions.
walk a mile in the foot of other,for better understanding of each,and speak from heart.
see a solution is there waiting for all
after all an apology "devil did make us do them all"cannot go unnoticed.
try a mediation when ever possible,sure it will pay off.
