People who have weak faith (from the muslim in this era) believe that Usury that not alowed, is the dirty usury that make high nisbah, With the meaning to adopted people needed. But little usury that it’s nisbah is no more than 2% or 3% is not forbidden. And they who need a bad allurement, actually allah had prohibited usury if it is dirty. Allah said in holly quranلا تاكل الربا اضعا فا مضا عفة
So that, this prohibition come with banded and conditional. With this band that is formed doubling and quardrupling very much. If it have not liked that, then nisbah there be easy, and nothing direction to prohibite that. And to answer that reason, we said:
1. Verely word that allah said اضعافامضاعفة“doubling and quardupling” is not a band and reqirement, but to explain incident that occured in jahiliyyah era. As explained in the reason of revealation (سبب النزول) and to describe that they are bad. Actualy In this society clear tyrannical and the real enmity. Which they take usury doubling and quardupling.
2. Verely moslem people had compromised (to do اجما ع) to prohibite usury either little or much. And this statement explain out of ijma’. As don’t take care from stupidness with base law. Actualy a little usury caused many usury. And islam in that time prohibite something with the real prohibite. Take from (الذراءع سد) principle, because, if little usury is allowed, it will make more and more. And usury is like wine in that forhibit. Do a moslem people who has brain said that litttle wine is allowed?
3. We said to jahlah people (from educated and just people )do u believe with several holly book and unbelive several other? Then why do u need this verse for a bad persuation. And u don’t read this verse?(واحل الله البيع وحرم الربا) and Allah said( اتقوا الله وذ روا ما بقي من الر با )is in this verse something band the usury little or much or true statement? And in the prophetic tradition reported by Jabir,( rasulullah curse the people who eat usury and people who his deputes, and it’s writer, and it’s witnesses, and said they are same) And riba is prohibited with every its form with part of the verses, Little and big usury in the prohibition is same. And Allah said يمحق الله الربا ويربي الصدقات والله لا يحب كل كفار اثيم
