If you have not taken the time to try to get to know a little bit about Ann Romney, you should. She is an extremely warm and approachable women. I listened to her speak to the public last night before her husband came on the stage. She is passionate about the state of our nation. Which in my opinion is more relevant the Mrs. Obama's target of trying to get everyone into shape. The efforts she has put into this cause is ridiculous. Yes I agree that our fellow citizens should try to shoot for the target weight and be healthy. But first thing first. We have to come up with a plan to educate our nation. Knowledge is power. That is a proven fact. Most of the population are very uneducated. Maybe they can read and write and carry a conversation, but it almost seems as if the expectations of American's stops at survival. Really all you have to do is turn 18 and apply for government assistance. Then your set unless your status changes, like you get a job, who in the world would want to do that? Then you have to start paying for stuff like food and doctor visits, insurance,and utilities. The government might even expect you to pay for your home or pay taxes. Do you see where I'm going here?
Back to my topic. Ann Romney said a few things last night that really hit home. The comment she made on why democrats are so upset with her husbands success. First of all I remember growing up and from my parents to teachers to television even total strangers said "work hard get and education, you can be successful" that is the American dream how dare they target this man's hard work. I wonder, like Mrs.Romney stated, if the last four years had the Obama administration been successful would they even be bringing this up. And so I guess they honestly believe the American public is so stupid we believe that Mitt Romney has done something wrong because he has made a lot of money and is living the American dream? Yes, America they do think we are that stupid.
The simple fact is Romney knows how to make money and have a stable family. That is what America needs. Someone who knows how to make a profit, not more bills that make the hard working American's suffer for working hard,finishing school,furthering their education and taking care of what is theirs.
Most people are too lazy they expect the government to raise and take care of their children instead of taking responsibility themselves. And their children are going to expect the same. We have to assert tough love. Yes help the needy but put a limitation and guidelines force them to get a job or go to school keep tabs on them so they are not slipping under the radar and cheating the system because they are good at milking government benefits. Then they can take care of themselves and pay taxes therefore contributing instead of taking.
