In this dispute the necessity to increase the capital of the companies promoted the entrance of diverse companies in the action market. The companies when choosing this way had passed to be analyzed by the market through diverse criteria, amongst which if she detaches the wallet of patents of the company. The investor analyzes the importance of the patents, basically, of two forms: (a) period of validity of the patents; e (b) influence in the annual invoicing of the company.
