If you are planning to have a baby or carrying a baby, the question that comes to mind is always: boy or girl?
There are many old wives tales as to how to predict the sex of your baby. If you dangle a ring above the pregnant womb and it oscillates, then it is likely to be a boy. If it swings from side to side, it is a girl. If your womb looks sharp and protruding, more likely you are carrying a boy. On the other hand, if it is round and flat, it is a girl.
The better question to ask is: how do you get a baby of the sex of your choice? Again, there are many old wives tales to learn from. If you want a girl, try not to make love on the three days before the day of ovulation. If you want a boy, a large orgasm during love making is more likely to guarantee it. Try making love standing up for a boy.
An observation of couples shows that couples in which the husband is the dominant one in the relationship tend to produce girls. On the other hand, couples where the wife is dominant tend to produce boys. Presidents Barack Obama, George Bush and Bill Clinton have all daughters. On the other hand, long time prime minister Indira Ghandi has two sons and no daughters.
It seems to make sense that if the husband is domineering, having a son would create trouble in future, as the father and son would clash head to head with each other. Likewise, a daughter is less likely to clash with a domineering father than a domineering mother.
Couples who have an equal relationship where both give way to each other have a mixture of sons and daughters, depending on who was the domineering one at the time of conception. Therefore if you are planning for a son, the husband should try to give way to the wife, and if you are planning for a daughter, let the husband domineer the relationship for a while.
