Garlic has a lot of benefits also used to treat many diseases and since long years it has been involved in the medicine. Garlic treat many conditions such as hypertension and heart diseases.

Garlic is really so affordable treatment that anyone can use and add to this it's natural and no harm at all from eating as much as you like.

It has anti-inflammatory effect because of the substance named sulphur that is in the garlic, these ingredients can be used as painkiller as joint and muscle aches and anything else.

Garlic for many years also has been used to boost your immunity system, hence it is involved for long ages and ages in the natural home remedies. It is also used to protect different types of coughs in days.

Garlic contains a lot of substances such as prebiotics, prebiotics they are useful bacteria that help you to live healthy and protect you from diseases.

how it smells

ok you may not like of its flavor but you can add to it any flavor you like and eat it with bread or fry it with foods, its not good though to keep it for long time on the oven or stove you need to eat it fresh and enjoy the benifits that it gives you. Have a good health and food.
