HOW TO STAY COOL
Three best ways to cope with your anger.
-Recognise that anger is universal and a natural
feeling. We’re stuck with it but make
sure it doesn’t hurt you. This means
that we have to understand when to express it and when to let it go. It’s having only one way to react – always or
never. Anger can make you have
problems. Anger is natural and it comes
easily, but we must be strong and overcome this negative feeling. Whenever you feel angry just inspire and
expire deeply 3 times. You will feel
relaxed in no time and the anger will vanish.
-Ask yourself if
whatever made you angry is important.
Is what you’re
thinking and feeling appropriate to the objective facts of the situation. Can you modify the situation? Is it worth taking action? Think positive things. If you are angry with someone who has hurt
you just think the good things that person has done for you and delete the
negative ones. Then you may forget your
anger. Your mind controls your behaviour, that is why you must think positive so that you do not anger yourself.
-Talk yourself down.
Yell ‘stop’ to yourself (silently) when you start replaying an
offence. Distract yourself (surf travel
sites for dream vacations). Breathe in,
clench your fist, breathe out. This will
control your anger. Breathing techniques have helped many people to have a good health, to take out toxin from our body and to erase anger from our heart.
