Telegraph wrote that he was surrounded by family in LA and the BBC mentioned last night that he
was specifically inspirational and invented the Bob hairstyle. Also Sassoon and his outstanding talents
were also associated with Twiggy and Mary Quant and that period in personal history now known and
classified as The Sixties meaning the 196Os seemed to be very much the period referred to in
connection with the work of the world class hairdresser Vidal Sassoon.
According to more news in Sassoon came from the East End of London and got a start in a hairdressing
salon as a boy and from that humble start he made huge headlines and became internationally
acclaimed.

I was working at The Foreign Office, my hair was I suppose as close to classic bob as was possible though Twiggy set the ball rolling with his haircuts and mini skirts and attention seeking hair and outfits!
