FOOD TO KEEP YOUR SKIN PRETTY
Add five foods to your diet along with your regime to get

PAPAYAS:
Papaya is an extremely rich source of vitamin C, A, B, beta
carotene, folate, panthothenic acid and the minerals, potassium and magnesium.
These qualities make papaya one of the top foods beneficial to skin. Eating papaya is good for acidity and constipation.
FLAXSEEDS:
Flaxseeds have two qualities to smoothen your skin. Firstly, they are fantastic source of
Omega-3, a potent and anti-ageing agent, specially for vegetarians who do not
get it in their diets. Secondly,
flaxseeds contain lignans, scientifically proven to ward-off hair loss.
KIDNEY BEANS
Kidney beans come in two varieties: dark red and light
pink. Both are excellent source of high
quality proteins that are good for both skin and hair. Kidney beans are also an important source of
various vitamins and minerals that are potent anti-oxidents. Some of these are B-complex vitamins,
calcium, magnesium, manganese, potassium and molybedum.
WALNUTS
These nuts are store houses of alphalinolenic acid, and
omega-3 which is a key component of the lubricating layer that keepsskin moist
and supple. Walnuts is also good for heart patients.
TOMATOES
Tomatoes are rich in anti-oxidants which lead to fewer fine
lines and furrows and prevent your skin from
sagging. Make tomatoes an important part
of your salads.
