Rajma masala

Ingredients
1.2 cup rajma
2.250 gm carrot
3.200 gm capsicum
4. germinated green gram 1 cup
5.2 tbl spoon vegetable oil
6. 2 cup coconut juice
7. 1/2 garlic,1/2 ginger, 1/2 green chilli paste
8.1 tbl spoon curry powder
9. 1 tbl spoon tomato sauce
10. 1 tbl spoon cashew nut paste
11. 1 tbl spoon garam masala powder
12. coriander leaves & salt as to taste

Procedure
soak rajma in the night and next morning boil it.cut carrot and capsicum in small pieces.put the oil in the pan then add garlic ginger and chilli paste, fry it for 3 min.Add cashewnut paste, garam masala powder, curry powder,salt , fry it for another 4 minutes .Add boiled rajma , germinated green grams,carrot ,and capsicum to the fried paste, fry it for 10 minutes in low flame.Finally add coconut juice to the mixture. Garnish with coriander leaves. serve it hot.
