Ingredients:
1. One cup chicken kimma
2. 3 table spoon oil
3. Zeera and coriender powder
4. Paste of ginger, garlic and onion
5. 2 tomatoes
6. 2 table spoon tomato kechup
7. 4 boiled eggs
8. 1/2 table spoon mustard seed paste
9. 1/2 table spoon turmeric powder
10. salt to taste
Procedure
Put oil in the pan. Add paste of ginger, garlic and onion. Fry it for three to four minutes. Add salt, turmeric powder and masala powder. Fry it for another 2 to 3 minutes. Add chicken kimma and fry it. Put mustard seed paste and tomato kechup. Fry the mixture in low flame for ten minutes, till the water dry. Cut the boiled egg into small pieces, garnish the mixture with coriender leaves and cut boiled egg.
