Chop''s of Veal/Chabli

6 chops of veal.
3 tablespoon''s of oil.
1 Cup Chabli or any of your favorite table wine.
1 tablespoon of minced onion.
11/2 cup bread crumbs {soft}.
3 tablespoons of salt,flour,pepper,and melted butter.
1 can of cream of mushroom soup.
Chop veal into bite size pieces.
mix all ingredients add chops to the mixture,season with rest of ingredients.
put all in pan and simmer till very tender.
add cream of mushroom soup to meat heat to boil about several minutes more.
remove pan from flame and season to taste with your favorites, serve piping hot.
