Chocolate Drop Cookies
Ingredients For Chocolate Drop Cookies:
2 cups sugar 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup butter 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 cups quick cooking oats 1 cup coconut 1 cup chocolate chips 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions For Chocolate Drop Cookies:
Combine first four ingredients in saucepan; bring to a full rolling boil. Combine remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Remove sugar mixture from heat; pour over ingredients in bowl. Stir until chocolate chips are melted and all is well mixed. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let set until firm. This recipe for Chocolate Drop Cookies makes 3 dozen.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients For Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies:
3 c. flour 1 tsp. soda 2/3 tsp. salt 1 1/3 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1 c. packed brown sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 2 lg. OR 4 sm. eggs 2 tbsp. cream 1 c. chopped nuts 1 pkg. chocolate chips
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients, Grease cookie sheet lightly. Bake at 375 degrees, 1st batch for approximately 8 minutes, following batches for approximately 6 minutes each. Centers will be chewy.





Chocolate Chip Cookie
Ingredients For Recipes Chocolate Chip Cookie:
1-cup butter, softened 1 cup white sugar 1 cup packed brown sugar 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 3 cups all-purpose flour 1-teaspoon baking soda 2 teaspoons hot water 1/2-teaspoon salt 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions For Recipes Chocolate Chip Cookie:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, and then stir in the vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Add to batter along with salt. Stir in flour, chocolate chips, and nuts. Drop by large spoonfuls onto un-greased pans. Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven until edges are nicely browned.
