Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
l tsp cummin powder
l tsp cummin powder
1 tsp Ginger / Garlic
1 tsp all spice
Juice of 2 lemons
500 gms. pomfret fish whole
2 tbsp yoghurt
Dash of red food colouring
500 gms. pomfret fish whole
Directions
Clean and dry the fish. Make slits on it. Mix all the other ingredients, except the oil. Coat the fish well with this masala mixture. Put it on the rack of a deep roasting pan and brush the oil over the fish. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes
