FINGER FISH RECIPE
Its really very delicious and do rate it plz.
500 grams fish fillets, hamour or any firm 1/2 cup Soya sauce 2 teaspoon ajinomotto 1 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 - egg, beaten 1 cup flour . - oil for frying
Take fish fingers in big bowl,ADD THE SOYA SOUCE,AJINOMOTTO (CHINESE SALT),PEPPER, SALT,MIX it well then take 2 other bowl put the flour in one and the beaten egg in the other.
After mixing the spices take one at a timeand first put it in the egg and then in the flour,do it in all one by one,and keep in the deep freezer for 15 - 20 mints,and then fry on low flame,ready to serve,
