This book has been written especially for range of Kenwood Kitchen Machines and contains nearly 200 racipes to illustrate some of the many uses. The front section of the book explains in detail about the Kenwood Chef and Major, the tools and atachments. Each tool and attachment is indyvidually described with useful information on how and when to use them, what foods or recipes they are best for, plus helpful hints and tips. Where appropriate, photographs help to ilustrate the techniques throughout this section.
The recipe section is divided into chapters, just like a cookery book, enabling you to refer to whichever section you require. It includes recipes for soups and startes and eggs and cheese, many of which are equally suitable for snacks or main meals; or perhaps you wish to cook a main course fish or meat recipe or a cake dessert or bread recipe, the choice is yours. The recipes are international, using a wide range of ingredients and vary from quick and easy to more sophisticated recipes, perfect for showing off your culinary skills made so much easier with the help of your Kitchen Machine.
Every recepe in the book has been tested using a Kenwood Kitchen Macine. If you wish to select a recipe for a particular tool or attachment, there is a separate index on pages 172-3. There is a glossary on pages 168-171 which offers a quide to any cookery terms, methods or ingredients you may be unfamiliar with.
