India: Beef …. Mutton … Luv U. Onion Hmmmmmmmmmmm???

Personal Experience Review   by:thelovely

“If you want to survive in another country, you must not be very cruel with yourself” my friend told me before I left to India. In this case, it’s all about my food habit. First, I don’t believe in him, because that means nothing for me. In my first day here, I was having chicken fried rice, which I bought in a fast food stall near by my hostel. I continue to have that Chinese food for some days. But once I tried Indian food. The taste of Indian food for me is to strong, they put too much spice there. So, it’s not touching me. Still my favorite menu is chicken/egg fried rice.

Hyderabad, the place where I’m doing my master is famous of its Hyderabad Biryani. Biryani means rice. So, the main ingredient is rice. In short, they cook the rice together with chicken/beef/mutton slices. They name it, Chicken Biryani, Beef Biryani, Mutton Biryani. Of course they add some other spices. It is very delicious. They serve it with two kinds of different sauces, I don’t know the name. But I never have it with the sauce. Biryani alone is more that enough for me. This is I like most among other Indian food.

Before coming to India, Beef and Mutton is big big enemy for me. I hate them. In my family, my sister and I are having the same problem with that meat. We close our nose once we see my brother or father enjoying their meal, Rawon (made of beef) or Gulai kambing (made of mutton). Everyone knows about my strange food habit. They said that how pity you are, you never taste this delicious food. “Who cares” I replied them. For me, those meat were very disgusting. Never try once or I will vomit. Hehehee.. That is me.

Thanks God, now that problem is over. Thanks India. You make me fell brand new. Now, I get used to eating mutton and beef. I love them. I don’t know what make me like them. is it because of the condition? Is it because of no other food?.. Maybe the second question sounds rational. No other better food is the main factor. But that is good for me and my healthy to support my study here. Now I can enjoy Mutton Biryani, Beef Biryani. Beef stick and other kinds of beverage. Thank Beef and Mutton.

Your saying is right my friend..

It is not end yet. I have to solve one more problem. ONION I HATE YOU. I can’t have raw onion, while I see other person enjoy they meal with that cruel spice that can make you cry all the time when u are near by.. but, don’t worry I’ll try to love You.. just wait and see…

That’s all. ALL IS WELL

^_^
