Today two out of three people in America are fat.The writer has seriously picked six common foods which he considers ,are the main cause of overweight.
1)The Fastfood Hamburger: The most common food in America .The process of making patties includes the passage of beef through Ammonia. And hefty industrial process consists of mixing several cow-meat for a single beef-patty.This is supposed to be the leader for obesity in America.
2)Betty Crocker’s Bac-O-Bits: Mouth watering Bac-O with salad or baked potatoes which doesn’t contain pork like stuff in it. All those mostly soyabeans.It is made of trans –fatty ,partially hydrogenated soyabean oil,artificial color,salt and sugar.The result is nothing but obesity and invitation to heart disease.
3)Premade Guacamole: Most guacamoles with the word "dip” lack real Avocado.With very less percentage of avocado,the rest is made up of artificial fillers and chemicals,modified food starch,soyabean oils and food coloring.
4) Fruit on the bottom yogurt: It looks preety good and delicious,tastes good too.But high sugar content and extra protein is the main cause of enhancing fat.High fructose corn syrup with other sweeteners which are low quality refined carbohydrates,obviously not good for health eventhough the presence of chopped fruits.
5)Turkey Bacon:It’s already been proved that pork-bacon is directly related with high cholesterol.Even turkey is lean meat,turkey bacon isn’t made from 100% bird.High sodium content and lots of suspicious ingredients are the main cause of blood pressure and obesity as well.
6)Reduced fat peanut butter : As the name suggests, of course there is less fraction of fat than the full fat variety.But now a days on the name of business ,heath friendly monosaturated fat is being replaced with maltodextrin .This means we’re trading the healthy fat from peanut for empty carbs ,double sugar and 10 extra calories.
